（中央社記者陳偉婷台北31日電）行政院大陸委員會副主任委員林祖嘉今天表示，政府基於安全、尊嚴務實協商M503航線，不傷主權，也增強空防。
台灣團結聯盟立法院黨團成員不滿M503，上午占據立法院議場主席台干擾議事運作。
中國國民黨政策委員會執行長賴士葆在立法院舉行記者會表示，前總統李登輝執政時期提出「兩國論」，當時中國大陸飛機會飛到海峽中線，威脅台灣空防。如今M503在兩岸協商後已往西移，更保障台灣，不應受抹黑。
國民黨籍立法委員林郁方會中表示，M503在兩岸協商後，中國大陸戰機從此不再逼近中線，且M503往西偏移，有更多預警時間可保護中華民國，不解抗議者為什麼要這麼不高興？
他說，台聯和部分民主進步黨籍立委如此不滿，但李登輝執政和民進黨執政時，對岸飛機逼近中線，為什麼沒採取手段？美國、日本對航線都沒意見，「你們還在不高興什麼？」這條航線有其他國際航班使用，不要丟臉丟到國際。
林祖嘉會中表示，M503全程都在上海飛航情報區，沒飛到台灣領空，和中國大陸5次溝通後，對方同意實質調整，往西偏移約19公里，未來如果遇颱風，也只能往西偏，絕不能偏航到台灣飛航情報區。
他說，這是國際民航線，對方也同意不會有中國大陸戰機進入，更有助台灣空防，美國和歐洲聯盟也支持這樣的協商結果。1040331
